HudsonWay Immersion School Performs: Chinese New Year Celebration – The Year of the Rooster

This past Monday, our HWIS Mandarin students entertained a packed house with their spectacular performance in this year's celebration for the Year of the Rooster. The Chinese New Year Celebration was comprised of unique contributions from both Preschool and K-5 students in our Mandarin program. Family and friends were thrilled to witness our talented students in action as well as enjoying traditional Chinese cuisines and having the opportunity to partake in the cultural memorabilia showcased throughout the school. On behalf of HWIS, we’d like to take this time out to thank the volunteers, teachers, parents and most importantly the students for their dedication to making this year’s Chinese New Year Celebration a great success!
